I'm Cara Otis, and my path has been shaped by a deep love for family and a passion for helping businesses create meaningful work environments. After high school, I met my husband, and while I didn’t have the chance to fully explore career options or discover my natural skill set at the time, I always knew I wanted to be a mom. I was instantly blessed with that role and embraced it fully.

Over the years, I worked in various jobs, picking up different skills and knowledge along the way. I treated every job as an opportunity for growth and sharpening. I quickly learned that I thrived in workplaces with good people and strong culture, and I didn’t hesitate to walk away from jobs where the culture was toxic or poorly managed. While I was content as a wife and mother, the business side of my life felt unsettled.

Through mentorship, deep conversations, and mindset training, I finally discovered my calling. Now, every day, I get to work firsthand with businesses to help cultivate positive cultures, ensuring their employees don’t have to walk away from toxic environments like I had to in the past. I love what I do, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see businesses transform because they’ve put their people first.

At the end of each day, I get to go home to my loving husband and our amazing children. My husband is my rock, and I’m deeply thankful for his unwavering love and support. We’ve been married for over a decade, and together, we’ve built several businesses in the Pacific Northwest, which we proudly call home.
